Job Description
Enthusiastic and career minded PGA Professionals are required for full-time coaching opportunities at Great Coach International Golf Club, Beijing, China. The successful candidates should have a passion for golf coaching with proven experience in junior golf development. Prior working experience in China / Asia would be beneficial but not essential.
Great Coaching International Golf Club is located in the Chaoyang District, east of central, Beijing. The Club facilities include an 18-hole Golf Course, 60 bay driving range with grass tee and extensive short game area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and deliver a variety of instruction programs to individuals and groups, including junior golf coaching and on-course lessons.
• To actively participate in the design, development, scheduling and planning of events, activities and instruction.
• To assist in the long term development and success of the facility as a leading venue for instruction.
• To assist the management overseeing the daily coaching operations.
Participate as required in marketing activities to increase student participation.
Required Qualifications:
• Member of a recognised PGA organisation.
• A minimum of 5 years coaching experience.
• An ability to work well within a large team.
• Proven ability developing junior golfers / junior golf programs.
• Golf fitness qualifications would be beneficial.
